I’ve personally had a relationship with Dixon Phone Place for 6 years and have had indirect contact with the company for over 20 years. I worked for another agency that used Dixon Phone Place and that agency had a great working relationship with the company. When I became Director of 911 for the city of Lawrence and needed headset components, I reached out for Juli’s contact information. Juli is wonderful. Her customer service, follow up, and follow through is superb! I would not use any other company for headset components.
